The company was established in 1996 by Dr. Ji Zesheng, a professor and doctoral supervisor of harbin university of science and technology who returned from studying in Japan. Formerly known as Harbin Jixing Mechanical Thermal Processing Engineering Co., Ltd., changed to its current name in March 2000. It was registered in Harbin Economic and Technological Development Park with a registered capital of 6.68 million yuan and an area of more than 27,000 square meters. It currently has more than 100 employees, more than 20 with college education or above, and more than 10 engineering and technical personnel. In 2009, it was awarded the title of high-tech enterprise, obtained the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in April 2005, and passed the ISO/TS16949: 2009 certification on May 07, 2013. According to the modern enterprise management standard, the comprehensive department, production technology department, operation department, quality control department, research and development center, security department, casting workshop, machine processing workshop, cleaning workshop, assembly workshop, heat treatment workshop and other departments are set up. The main business scope is the production of aluminum alloy auto parts and heat treatment processing services.
The company became a vendor of Dongan Mitsubishi in 2007, producing camshaft cover (small cover, front cover, back cover) die-casting blank series and water pipe joint die-casting blank series. In 2008, it became a supplier of Dongan micro-distribution, producing die-cast blanks such as water pump shell, oil pump shell, generator front end cover and rear end cover. Started to develop bracket series products for Toyota in 2011, and became the first-class supplier of FAW Toyota in 2014. That year, he was awarded the Special Contribution Award by FAW Toyota, and won the Quality Achievement Award for 4 consecutive years. At present, it has 3 squeeze casting production lines, including die casting machines, machining centers, CNC lathes, intermediate frequency smelting furnaces, finishing machines, shot peening machines, three-coordinate, profiler, roughness meter, cylindricity meter, direct reading spectrum, More than 30 sets of production and testing equipment such as hydrogen meter and hardness meter.

The development of lightweight parts with aluminum instead of steel, the aluminum alloy engine bracket and differential bracket developed simultaneously with Toyota Motor have been matched with Toyota Motor RAV4, CARORA, IZOA, AVALON and other new models. The high-performance aluminum alloy steering knuckle developed for Geely Group has passed the bench test of Tianjin National Automobile Testing Center and passed the actual vehicle verification. Currently, it is developing lightweight parts with aluminum instead of steel (cast iron) for Japan's Mazda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Great Wall Motors.
